Lovely staff and so helpful. Had a ring made and such talented suggestions, attention to detail and craft work. Excellence aspired to and achieved. Recently had a lost diamond put back in a ring and they bothered to make sure all the claws holding the other stones were as secure as possible. A firm that cares and goes the extra mile. (Lovely tempting selection of goods and very knowledgable in his field.)

I broke a stone off my engagement ring on Christmas Day. I contacted jewelwork but because of covid restrictions had to wait quite a while before they could fix it. I got my ring back yesterday and it looks better than ever. They’ve done a wonderful job all whilst staying covid safe. Thank you!
