What can I say? Fantastic service and amazing results! As someone that trains regularly, I am always in need of an MOT from AH Therapy. Alfie has relieved stress from legs to back and I’ve been seeing him for sports therapy for many months now. I’ll never change therapist again!

I went to Alfie after he was highly recommended by a family member. I have had a bad back and neck for so long and Alfie got me in as soon as possible and really worked his magic. He is so professional and is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely felt a difference after my first session and I have continued to use Alfie for a while now. Would highly recommend AH Therapy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to AH therapy with a sore neck and bad back which I sustained while playing sports. After a couple of sessions Alfie had me feeling better than ever. Friendly service and is knowledgable in his craft.

I was recommended Alfie by another GB Athlete to use whilst I was deloading at home- away from my usual training and physios. The sports massage I received was 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend him and I will definitely be coming back. His level of knowledge, ability and professionalism is exactly the high performance level I’m used to when training with the Great Britain Cycling Team.

I've been seeing Alfie since April for lower back pain and he's brilliant. I come away from each session with increased mobility and reduced pain & my symptoms overall have improved massively. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to chat through any concerns or issues I have. Thanks again Alfie :-)

Came to Alfie back in May for a sports massage due to massive knots in my back and slight pain. Just after one session he has managed to make my back feel so much better. Can’t wait for my next one in July, definitely recommend

I was initially recommended AH Therapy by a friend. After my first session I was impressed by Alfie’s knowledge and skill set. I’ve been seeing Alfie regularly, to keep on top of work and training related injuries as well as general maintenance, for 18 months. He is knowledgeable, very good at his job and doesn’t push you into feeling like you need to keep coming back(I still do though). There isn’t anyone I’d recommend more highly and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Extremely welcoming and amazing at what he does. I had a really painful back from work and only a couple sessions with Alfie had me back to my normal self. I can not recommend Alfie enough

If there is nothing wrong with you and all you want is a nice relaxing rub with no attention to detail then this place might be for you.But if you're looking for a professional massage therapist with experience and etiquette then I'd keep looking.
