Haynes Bathrooms

Very very poor after service - a year has not gone by since my bathroom was installed. The tiles have now started to come away from the walls causing great care for my young children. My toilet seat was / is moving off the hinges - when emailing them of my concern I was advised this was wear and tare. Dean installed my bathroom and from start to finish I had nothing but problems with him - always demanding monies to cover his petrol and wages. Upon advising the area manager I was paying dean (the installer) from balance yet to be paid what was needed directly into his account. I can only urge new customers to be careful when choosing your bathroom supplier. I now have to push to try and get the tiles and toilet seat corrected by Hayes bathrooms - but feel the after care and warranty cover really doesn't show the care to customers. Money is all they want not the hassle. Please please be careful and cautious.

Bathroom looked great. But the after-care was disappointingly non existant. Sprung a leak after a few days and despite my pleas (and their promises) no one ever came to sort it out. Ended up having to get someone else in to fix it. Real shame.
