Kwik Fit - Belfast - Ormeau Road

Fast efficient service, tidy welcoming workshop. Lovely staff!

Not impressed at all. I pulled in just after 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and said I thought I had a flat. The young man said they were closing soon and he would need an hr to look at it. I said I didnt mind waiting as I didnt want to chance driving on the motorway. He didn't respond. Another worker then asked me to move my car. Clearly they had no interest in helping me. I drove to Kwik Fit York gate the guy in the there took one look at the tyre and said it was about to blow. He said they would be closing soon but there was no way he would let me drive with it. How can 2 branches have such different levels customer service? I won't ever be stopping at Ormeau brach again.

Quick, good & friendly service. I dropped in and they had my windshield wipers replaced within 20 minutes

The manager off this store was not at all friendlyWas in a bit off a twist.Would not recommend to go to this Kwik FitStore I would recommend that you need to change this manager ! The rest of the staff were fine and helpful

The team got me out of a tricky spot as I had no locking nut removal tool.They got me a solution the next day and had a slot to fit the tyres to my car within a couple of hours.Excellent service.

Very tight on timing to get tyres changed for an MOT next day. This was because I forgot to get the tyres changed before the MOT, extremely helpful getting sorted and at end of day

Partner went down on Saturday about some things that needed fixed on his car, he was told they couldn't do it that day but booked him in for 9am on Wednesday, of which he took the day off work for. When he arrived this morning he was met by the most hostile mechanic I've ever came across. My partner was told at the reception desk, by the mechanic, that he couldn't fix the problem. He asked who my partner spoke to and what did they look like when he booked it in, my partner told him and the mechanics response was that's the manager and he hasn't got a clue

Work was done within the time allocated, and seems to be a very good job.I certainly drove away happy, but was not very happy 2 days later when my wife told me she got her aircon recharged at Halfords a few miles away for £20 less!!! Apart from the price, £65, which I was quoted in advance and agreed to, I was 100% happy with the work and the staff.

Callum and Frank fitted me in even though they were fully booked, my car was completely disabled (hole in the wall of the tire) and I managed to limp to the centre at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon with a completely full shop. They politely told me at first that they could not fit it in and when they saw me outside 30mins later they said that they could not leave me stranded (I was visiting to drop my daughter to uni so had to be on the Ferry Sunday night). Sorting my issue, meant that they were a few mins late locking up and had to rush at the end of the day. I really appreciated that effort way beyond normal service.

Completely unhelpful when I rang needing help with emergency flat tyre. Ended up getting sorted by another business, will remember this and make sure not to bother using Kwik Fit in the future.
