Can't recommend On the Dot Removals enough. From start to finish the whole process went smoothly and professionally at a brilliant price . I got the quote via a zoom session and this was very competitive and suited my budget.On the day of the move from one flat to another the other side of Bristol everything went so well and quickly done . The access in both flats was tight but there was no moaning or damage caused to either my furniture or property it was just a case of logical thinking by both guys and popping the feet off the sofas and jobs done . The fridge freezer was also a tricky item but once again no problem for the team and quickly resolvedThe 2 guys that did my move remained cheerful all morning and really took the stress out of an otherwise difficult moveIf you're looking for a professional company from start to finish at a brilliant price then On the Dot Removals are the best in town . Used these guys last week for a removal. Had a great experience from start to finish and couldn't fault them at all.We moved from a 3 bed terrace to a 4 bed detached. The packing took 3 hours and the unload took about an hour and a half.All 4 chaps were really friendly and approachable and the admin guys in the office were really patient and helpful while we battled with securing an actual exchange and completion date before hand.I would recommend to anyone, especially with their price match.Thanks for making our day so much easier. It really made a positive difference!

Not only did On The Dot have some of the cheapest quotes in town but the service was exceptional from start to finish. We moved with Dom, who was the most lovely, relaxed, competent and friendly guy you could ask for. We really underestimated how much stuff we had, and Dom took it all in his stride with a smile on his face, it was entirely thanks to him that we actually had a very enjoyable moving day.I cannot recommend On The Dot enough. Just excellent.

Fantastic service and great price compared to lots of other companies. 3 guys came and emptied our 3 bedroom house in 2 hours and unpacked in an hour and a half, in the middle of a storm. They were really friendly and flexible. They took care to look after our belongings and were very attentive and sensible. We would highly recommend

The packing was done well, and the guys packed up the vans really quickly on moving day. It was surprisingly stress-free! We also visited the storage unit where they had unpacked everything, and were amazed at how well they had packed everything in - not an inch wasted (it was a tight fit!) All in all a very professional service, thank you.

The team from on the dot removals were brilliant from start to finish. Communication prior to the move was good - all my queries were answered promptly. Prior to the move, they supplied all the packing materials. On the day, the team arrived promptly, packed the van extremely efficiently and took care with all of our belongings. At our new house, again everything was unpacked carefully and efficiently. The team were all really polite and helpful. For the service that was provided, the cost was very reasonable. We are hoping not to have to move house again anytime soon, but would really recommend On The Dot Removals to anyone that is.

On the Dot Removals made the whole painful process of moving so much better. They turned up, on the dot at 8.30 with the strongest, calmest men I've ever met. They packed our stuff with care and attention, were reassuring about the whole process throughout and were just the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. There were at the new place waiting for me while I got the keys and they unpacked in half the time.On the Dot were worth every single penny. Moving house was the most stressful thing I've ever done and to have such an incredible team working to help me at the last stage took a lot of the pressure off me.I did consider doing it myself, hiring vans and getting friends to help but I'm so glad I didn't attempt it.I really cannot say enough nice things about On The Dot, they were just amazing.
