TSB Bank

I went to the brunch in Clapham Common to put some money into my account. I’ve double checked is open because was Saturday and it did show me I can go because it’s open till 1pm but guess what happened when Ive arrived?? Bank was closed!!!

Banked there since I was 16. Always conducting my account well, not going into the red and paying the credit card off in full every month. Paid of a £8000 loan in 4 months. Still they refuse to give me a loan. Due to a mistaken entry in Experian with was quickly removed from my file. Their computers will take 6 weeks to update!!! Shabby treatment of a good. Customer. I have my credit report in my hand which is clear but they can't see it. Will go elsewhere .

I went into the bank on Tuesday 29th November 2022 approximately at 9:35am and I saw two members of staff sitting in their office having a chat and they wasn’t doing any work and is this what people do nowadays they get paid not to do work. I think it is disgraceful that I had experienced this as a customer. I said to another staff that had served me at the cashier that her co-workers are talking and not working and this is unprofessional and she looked at me as if she didn’t know what I was talking about. Staff like this should get reprimanded.

Everytime I go to TSB in Clapham I get help from lovely girl called Taz. She is so polite and very helpful even when she has to translate to me. She always goes above and beyond very kind

I wanted to set a bank account for my son and was met with a “computer says no” attitude. He will now go elsewhere and given how long you retain your first account - student to first mortgage etc, that’s a missed opportunity

Very professional and friendly staff. Our experience of buying first house was fantastic! Thanks to Sanjay who was always there for us! Easy, straightforward process from the start to completion! Highly recommended!

The Staff here is Rude. The salary they get because customer use the service. If customer or all customers opt out from TSB they will go into Liquidation. All sort of customer must be treated equally fairly. Do not judge person with cloths or balance in account as you don't know the other person Hart, Thought & Action could be Far better than you. Thank you.

Very poor customer service.Had to go in branch for an appointment only for it to be cancelled the night before. The replacement appointment was also then cancelled the day before with no appointments available for weeks after on a Saturday. They suggested taking half a day off work to go mid week or to use another bank. Very poor customer service.

The new style of TSB branch is a rubbish. Obviously, Sabadell Bank is behind. The new staff is completely silly and they are complicating every process. Something so easy like give coins... they don't check the coins available in the office, just the few coins on the box (counter machine) like if you are in the grocery shop asking for cash. It's a pity and is unfortunately the present and the future. My nephew can count the coins quicker without machine. A simple process with the old staff is wasting the time with the new staff and new style. Machines are to make life easier and quicker, no the opposite. Now we have a dehumanized, asocial and impersonal branch. Welcome to Sabadell world, one of the worse Spanish banks with the customers. Welcome to the Brexit. Welcome to the future.

Really poor customer service. Made an appointment to upgrade my current account. Was seen not by the person my appointment was with an alternative person that had no experience who proceeded to open a new current account which was declined because the bank regulations state you can only have one current account. She then consulted with the person, I should have seen, who informed her of the correct process. Too late then, damage done.When she finished adding a footprint onto my credit scores she enquired “would I like to make another appointment to upgrade my current account”. She looked surprised when I replied “NO, that’s what this appointment was for”.Try another branch if you must deal with TSB. Avoid this branch of amateurs.
