Words cannot express my sincere gratitude for the help and support received from Jim and Wayne today. Once again, I would like to thank them both for their kindness, patience and dedication when encountering the most difficult and challenging logistical situations. My Mother thanks you both for helping her in her time of need, so thanks guys. Highly recommendable.

Excellent company in all they do

A very disgusting way how this company treats most of it's clientele who the majority of are in vulnerable positions, I personally wouldn't even use this company to transport convicts let alone vulnerable people, as Jim Milligan and his wife are absolutely unprofessional and treat their clients with a very insensitive indifferent fake attitude towards clients to that are classed as vulnerable or that have complex additional needs in an very cold and unprofessional undignified way, they the lack duty of care

I used Access Anyone to transport my 87 year old mother from a care home in Essex to one in Surrey. Unfortunately the care home in Essex was not ready at the appointed time, but the Access Anyone driver Rhea (apologies if I've got the spelling wrong) was really relaxed about the delay. She was very patient and gentle when loading my mum into the transport vehicle, which was extremely clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable (eg. extra blankets to keep her warm as it was a cold day). Rhea chatted all the way to Surrey - a journey of over 2 hours due to a diversion around an incident on the M25. My mum has dementia and got quite agitated at points during the journey, but Rhea's positive attitude really helped me calm her down again. Once we arrived in Surrey, Rhea was super-efficient at unloading, as mum was keen to get inside her new home.I wouldn't hesitate to use your services again, as I would rate you 5 out of 5 stars on all aspects of the process (from getting a prompt and competitive quote, confirming the booking,through to the actual journey itself). Used ambulance service to facilitate transfer of Mother in law from care home to care home.Very professional staff, keeping Mum safe at all times and providing reassurance during the transfer. A five star customer service.
