I had windows fitted by this company about 3.5 years ago. Great service at this point. Sadly one of the windows seals has failed, so i contacted them about their replacement guarantee on about the 14 February. Initial response to email was good, but no follow up. I chased again the next week, sorry

Excellent service and very courteous.The French window of the ground floor bedroom facing the garden had been broken by an intruder. They boarded it up first, then fitted the glass after taking the measurements. Customer service on phone was great as was the fitter. Very quickly done.Found them on the Internet. They were less expensive than other. Invoices sent via email. Would recommend them.

New back door supplied & fitted! Excellent job, Dave was professional, on time, kept to his word on everything. No mess left behind & great after sales service if needed. Could not recommend highly enough...... Amazing! Thank you. 10/10

My friend had her door done today and they have cut the bottom panel and cut it all of oneside so it doesn't look right glad she didn't have to pay for it. Contacted them to be told they would order a panel as its the wrong one and someone would ome change it next week next week been and gone and nothing Sent another email and no response
