Liaised with Umar - Brilliant service and great advice. Honest and to the point. Umar very kindly helped me with my decision and went out of his way to help me where I needed to be. I was able to make a deal and move in with 10 days - just what I wanted. Definitely recommend.

I used Bower and Janes for a short term let as seen on openrent. Omar was great. I saw the property in the afternoon and texted him that evening at 9pm to see if we could move in the next day. Omar arranged everything with little notice ensuring the flat was very clean and we had new bedding. Throughout our 2 month stay, Omar was really helpful and quick to resolve any issues and queries. I would definitely use Bower and James again. Omar/ Bower and James are the most attentive/ reliable letting agents I’ve used.

Umar is fantastic. Probably the best agent I worked with while looking for an apartment and I did meet lot of agents during last month or so. Umar was very professional and at the same time went above and beyond personally to give a good advice. Knows what he’s doing, gave genuine and honest opinion to help me decide. Since I just moved to UK and this was my first apartment on rent, he made sure that I’m aware of everything and helped me whenever I reached out to him for any queries or issues I had.
