Discriminated as disabled lady was told lies so many times alum Rock property room available to view then not got back terrible workers there not answering phone what sort off housing agency is it ???

It was the worst experience of my life, considering that I have changed at least 10 house all over the world. No one cares about the tenants, if there are problems or something to fix up, forget the imminent help.I stayed without WiFi for months. The landlords used the house as warehouse while I was on holiday and they used to leave everything dirty (without apologies or good manners).

Arrived on time and ran me through the property perfectly, unfortunately I wasn't interested, but thanks to the worker Mr Aman for attending.

I couldn't give less than one star, otherwise i would have given it a negative rating!Where should I start? These people do not know the meaning of professionalism; even if came and slapped them in the face! The office opens randomly. When it is open then there is no one who can help and are too busy on their mobile phone. You leave messages, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, all futile. The owner, is a character. He has trust issues and is a liar. As a landlord, I advise you to keep away. The agent will not look after the property; his main goal is to get his cut of the rent and keep you waiting weeks to get your share, because he is on holiday or whatever other pathetic excuse he can muster up. I think that as a landlord, he thinks one must beg for his rent. Do not trust these people. Recommended? Definitely not! Keep far far far way.

Very professional outfit, dealt with my query promptly on time. I have worked with MT properties for a good few years and they never let me down.

THE scummiest “company” going. Do not believe the lies that they will tell to get you into one of these properties. Without doubt by far the worst experience I have ever had renting. They will advertise bills being included in the rent and then expect you to keep the meters (yes, pay as you go meters - not bills) topped up then have the cheek to ask you travel to them with the receipts. My experience with these lot makes it hard for me to believe anyone could possibly give it 5 stars. They just take advantage of people. Forget getting your deposit back, you can expect it to go into their back pocket.

We have been renting from m t properties for over three years now.We had issue with the neighbours and m t properties resolved our issue by relocating us to a brand new flat in the same area.I'm over the moon and would recommend this agency as the best in the area by far.
