Called up Rob today after breaking the handle of a washing machine with all our clothes stuck inside. Came out same day and fixed everything. Nice guy, clear and easy to deal with. If we are in a spot of bother like this again, they are my first port of call. Reasonable price too.

Got referred to Rob today and he came out to us within the hour as he happened to be in the area. Very thorough - wanted to make sure he came and saw the issue properly with our oven rather than rushing into a fix. Turned out we only had a simple issue that he could repair on the spot. Very grateful to find a trustworthy and professional engineer like Rob in today’s world. Highly recommend.
