Alvat is an excellent instructor who helped me pass first time and massively improved my confidence. I highly recommend using Alvat as your driving instructor.Alvat taught me everything I needed to pass my test, and to become a confident driver.I came to Alvat after an experience with another driving instructor who had had a negative effect on my anxiety surrounding driving. Alvat helped me get over my anxiety surrounding driving; he built me back up and drastically improved my driving. He was always very understanding when my anxiety took over.Alvat has taught me to be a good driver and has massively improved my confidence. Now having passed my test I will go back to Alvat to do my pass plus course, which I want to do for the experience on motorways and reduced insurance cost.

Alwat has great knowledge on Oxford tricky places that might come up in the driving test. Can gauge the weakness and strengths well and focusses on them. He encourages perfection, so definitely do much better than we expect in the exam! I passed with 2 minor mistakes. His appointment booking system is good as well & answers everything patiently. Would highly recommend !

Alvat is a calm and patient driving instructor who is great at recognising exactly what aspects of your driving need the most work. As a driver with international experience, this really allowed me to adjust my driving to the UK and get to a point where I could pass the test first time around.
