We ordered on Uber eats today . If I could score zero I would . We ordered crepe with chocolate prices , ice cream and chocolate fudge cake . The ice cream came as liquid all melted the fudge cake tasted metallic . The crepe was cold hard and had no lemon or sugar was obviously precooked . We contacted the shop who said they would call us back after we complained but we didn’t receive a call . Then we were refunded without discussion £3.40 something.Very disappointed by the extremely poor quality and even more the poor service . Save your money and buy elsewhere.

First time ordering, and it was not nice at all, ordered bubblegum sundae and it tasted like pure mint, the strawberries we added were frozen and overall not nice tasted a bit mouldy

The gelato was disgusting. The owner was rude. He doesn’t know the difference between an ice cream and gelato. He was arguing with me explaining how gelato is frozen. May be this man need to visit some Italian gelato shop to understand the difference in taste and read a bit of science behind ice cream. I tried banana even though in first glance the so called gelato didn’t look freshly made. Just didn’t want to walk out of shop without buying anything. I

Don’t normally right reviews, but whoever was working on Friday night (tonight) needs to re think there job. Got two waffles missing half the items of both waffles and very undercooked. I mean very undercooked. Ordered about 9:30 so wasn’t near closing time but they clearly just wanted to go home and not make our waffles. Straight in the bin with them, first and last time ordering there.

Absolutely appalling, can’t even put lids on drinks correctly leading to spill everywhere in the bags and having a mouthful of drink between us, also through the drinks spilling went all on to the food will not order again!

Ordered via uber eats. £10+ for two milkshakes... which were undrinkable due to gone off cream. Can't get a reply on the phone. Disappointing and a waste of money.

Cheesecake was frozen! Couldn’t eat it! Bubblegum heaven sundae only had blue flavour no pink gelato no pink sauce and now wafer! Won’t be wasting money again and won’t be ordering again! Read your own menu properly before sending out delivery! Happily taken order but don’t read it ! The cheese cake was completely off and discoloured could tell it was old!

Went in asked how big their waffles were and the girl was clueless as to what I was after. Bought a cookie dough in the end and it was pretty tasteless unfortunately. I would stick to Creams
