Bus info centre could be better! Asked if there was another way to get to the npt hospital was told no by two people fortunately found a driver who could help me…you can get the bus to neath and then get the 87 to npt hospital. Cheers

Why is there nowhere to complain about service other than a review? Management afraid? Today 9th November the service of 12/13 from the Quadrant left an awful lot to desired. A 45+ minutes wait for a bus, which was not a happy experience for many people watching 3 number 11's leave during this period. Its not the first time this has happened but I certainly hope its the last. So come om SWT get your act together and sort out your timetable.

your service is actually awaful, waiting for the 25 bus and they’ve been cancelled, the last 3 have been cancelled, maybe pull some bus’s out and use them because people have places to be and people to see

Let's say I love buses but the bus station Can be dirty the birds are in there I don't mind the birds and I like how they got a Gregg's Costas for my parents and a mini supermarket

As someone who often takes the busses to and from, the busses show up somewhat on time and the waiting area with chairs as well as cleanliness is as good as public bus stations can get, it's a bit inefficient finding your bus station on your own but people are always happy to help if you ask

Swansea bus station. Not a place that has a lot of personality, but for a bus station it'll suffice.It has an exit to the City Centre or to The Quadrant Mall. It's a fairly central hub for Swansea Centre."
