We are the owners of a busy garden maintenance business and have been using bourne mowers for all our servicing & repairs for over 10 years now. We find Jason second to none with his knowledge and advice. On some occasions he has made a part to fit as it was obsolete to purchase. This is the measure of a true engineer happy in his work, and to top this his prices are always reasonable. 5 star service!!!

Would never go back to Bourne at all. No customer service skills at all, very rude and does not listen to you!!! How many times do I need to take my lawnmower back for the same repair....twice in 3 months is too many and he charges every time!!! Lucky he got 1 star.

I was recommended by two separate gardeners and now I see why, Jason has made my hater 48 pro run better and faster than it ever has and I've had it from new, not only was he quick (which is essential as it my mower is how I earn the majority of my money and NO other mower repairs place in the area seems to understand that and take minimum of 3 week to fix anything) and he was completely honest about what needed doing and the price, which was very reasonable, Jason is definitely the only person that'll touch any of my equipment, I highly recommend him to any professional gardeners
