I was looking for an out of hours emergency electrician and came across ABCD Electrical on Google. Mike had picked up my call and I explained the situation. He was finishing for the day but was happy to head over. He made me aware of the call out charge. I decided not to go ahead as the service was no longer required however Mike was very helpful providing me with some basic understanding of the scenario and advice which would be useful for the future. Mike was very professional throughout the whole interaction, definitely a contact to go back to if an electrician is required.

I had an electrical emergency yesterday evening and was very concerned as I had to worry about my 102 year old Mum, whilst trying to keep us both safe. Mike put himself out to get to me as quickly as he could when I explained my predicament to him and he did a completely professional job as quickly as he could. Very responsive and asked pertinent questions to investigate the issue over the phone first to see if it was an easy fix. Then was quickly round to fix the issue with outlined ETAs. Mike was amicable and transparent about the costs and issues throughout the visit.

Called due to damaged wiring in the kitchen; the lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and communicated everything very well, letting me know that Mike would call back etc. Got the callback as promised and arranged a Saturday appt. Mike was courteous, obviously very knowledgeable and communicated everything about the process really well, and graciously put up with being observed and the many questions I asked. He fixed the problem after carefully troubleshooting the issue and I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend ABCD Electrical to anyone who wants professional and high quality work done on their property.

I have used this company for some time now and I returned to it when I moved and refurbished my new place.
