Needed some product information on a radiator valve. the valve was from simplex which is a partner of Flamco. As Flamco dont make thjs product they didnt have much information on it but they put me in contact with Steve who works for them to see if he knew anything about it. Steve didnt know about the valve but managed to find the information from a few different sources he has. I am very happy with the service considering i wasn't buying anything, Thank you for the help.
