Basset Bay Watersports is a great place to learn and experience canoeing, paddle boat and kayaking. I took my grandson there last week for his first canoeing experience. Steve, the owner was very helpful and the canoe and buoyancy aids were in very good condition and made for a very pleasurable experience.We would definitely go back to Bawsey Bay for our water sport experience. Can highly recommended it.

Great Stand Up Paddle board session today. We were a group of six first timers. Instructors took time to explain every step and provided continuous support throughout the session. Really enjoyable. Will definitely go again. Only downside had to pay full price for parking.

Fantastic experience at Bawsey Bay Watersports. Steve was great at making us feel at ease, our teenager was reluctant to take part but ending up having the best time and wants to do it again. I would highly recommend this for all the family, the lake is beautiful and staff so helpful.

We visited here on the 25th June and as a family had the best time.My partner had a wind surfing sailing lesson with Hannah who was Brilliant!! Highly recommended to any beginners or dreamers.Myself and my son hired a canoe which was amazing, I think Steve looked after us. Beautiful lake, scenery and wildlife. Lovely vibe great people and accommodating.We will be back!!!

Had an amazing afternoon on the lake thanks to Steve, he is such a genuinely nice guy and made our group feel so welcome. We had a blast and can't wait to come back!

What a really lovely hour, the guys were super friendly and helpful and as it was quiet after we were done, suggested our young girls tried the solo canoes on their own. They even said we could go around again for no cost if we wanted - really genuinely welcoming and a lovely team!

Took my 6 year old son out in a canoe, for the first time. Really friendly staff and lovely venue. I couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely be back again

Beautiful lake for paddle boarding.Steve was helpful and friendly. He took photos and sent them to us.New business so the changing facilities aren’t quite ready.Doesn’t really bother me as I would rather enjoy the tranquility rather than an overrated commercial setting. Highly recommended
