I don’t normally leave reviews but on this occasion it is a must. We ordered some products from cyc as usual they got them sent out straight away for delivery we got the dpd email with a rough time as I was working from home all day it was no problem taking delivery. Dpd did not turn up so when checking the tracking it showed that was delivered to number 40 which is a few doors away and the photo was just of the road something didn’t add up. The neighbour stated no items delivered to him and the name taken was random and it was not even him so the parcel is missing now worth around £200. One phone call to cyc they straight away packaged and sent my products again this is what top tier customer service is they apologised and stated it’s between them and dpd so items posted and following day parcel delivered. Thanks guys this is the reason why I have been using you for the last 15 years never disappoint. I highly recommend this company.

I've used this site quite a few times now. Very fair prices and the items are always packed and delivered quickly with good communication.

I have used this place for over 10 years with mixed experiences. Recently, the customer service seems to have taken a nose dive. From poorly packaged products (leaking), delivery boxes with partial address label, missing items, to ignoring email requests to amend orders. Missing and damaged items have always been replaced. I think the biggest let down for me though is the unresponsiveness via email. I am one of the many who has spent thousands with them. I’ll continue to order if the price is right but it has marred my experience. Now I am actively seeking alternatives to clean your car. There is no point me contacting them again and again because I am tired of it. I have spoken up but there is either no response or a we’ll improve. I am not seeing any improvements though.

Fantastic service. Called up 3 times on advice about polishing. Literally from square 1 to the end I was assisted with some fabulous people. Spent a fair while on the phone on the 3 occasions and not once did I feel I was being hurried. They listened to my many questions and answered in great detail. Didn’t hesitate to spend £300. Dave, Lee, Dom are absolute legends! Cannot recommend CleanYourCar enough. Excellent!

I am leaving this review because clean your car have gone up and above what they have done for myself . I had a problem with my polisher , so I contacted the polisher company direct and they contacted clean your car to help me out . And clean your car emailed myself and said they could help me which I thought was absolutely brilliant they didn’t have to . I have managed to get my polisher up and running again . So I would like to say thank you so much to the team at clean your car .

Very friendly people. Always pay a visit to collect products. They have an abundance of stock. Very knowledgeable and happy to offer advice where needed.

Package arrived in perfect condition, only paid for standard delivery but received it today ( Saturday ). What more can you ask for 5*
