Great experience. The purchase process was flawless - Thanks to Jas Singh who handled the deal, Matt Meakin - the General Sales Manager who stepped in with a very thoughtful gift, Josh Moore who gave me incredibly helpful Porsche Spec information that finally convinced me, and the team on Reception. This is my third interaction with a Sytner dealership this year, and they are incredible as a group. I wish there were more stars to give.

I received excellent service when purchasing my new vehicle. I'm particularly grateful to Jordan Carver who was very attentive and guided me throughout the process. As a result the overall purchase experience far exceeded my expectations.

Be careful when giving your car to them. Take pictures at least. They fitted a towbar to my Cayenne. Danny checked my car in, took pictures of the car just outside the reception. At collection they showed the crack telling me it was there before. I asked for pictures. They showed me pictures when the bumper was taken off to show the crack was there. Obviously, they did when mechanic was taking the bumper off and made the crack. I asked for pictures from the check in, before the car was taken to the workshop. Sorry did not happened. I tried 3 months now and nothing happened. They left me with the crack, not returning my calls etc. Complete joke for the Porsche dealership!!!Thank you for the picture from the check in and generous" offer. As you can see

Emily Rudd is a real delight to deal with, she knows the brand inside out and is very open and honest about any query you may have throughout the model range. Emily is also very courteous towards the buying process and never gets impatient. I highly recommend this dealership and would like to show special appreciation for Emily.

Recently bought a Macan and experienced first class service from start to finish. Every single member of the team at Porsche Centre Leicester that we dealt with have been excellent, special thanks to Emily who spent weeks finding the right car for us, was happy to answer all of our (many) questions and was friendly, professional and attentive throughout. The communication and customer service was amazing. After sales care couldn't have been better for a minor repair that was required on the interior as well. The full car buying experience was excellent, Emily and the team went above and beyond. We will be going back for our next Porsche.

I would like thank Tim for his professional and outstanding customer service, for the rest of the team for giving us the best Porsche experience and amazing time while purchasing our first ever Porsche! The Nottingham show room was the worst customer service we have ever seen, never got a call back or valued of our trade in vehicle, in Leicester Tim made everything seem so easy and all took a day to sort out nothing was impossible, thank you very much Tim and we will defiantly be back and highly recommend this store!

What can i say, everything is usually find until its not ! But i can assure you, Porsche Leicester especially the sales advisor Daisy and senior manager Mark know their customer service ! Purchased a GT3 992 with 1800 miles and it was a memorable experience until the fuel pump went a week later. Everything was dealt with professionally, courtesy car given and matter resolved !HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I do use other Porsche center for many years, but never received the same service standard as Porsche center Leicester! So I change my main dealer to Porsche Leicester now!

Wow what an amazing dealership to deal with! I’ve been ordering some parts for my recent Porsche project! The staff extremely friendly, every time I’m there they would offer me a drink or two if it takes longer to establish what I need, they will take their time to make sure that parts would fit my Porsche, they will keep me updated on back order lead times and so on! So big shout out to parts department and especially to Martin!Excellent service by Porsche! I’m Glad to be “Porsche club member”
