I found the notary very helpful and reassuring as I was dressed with documents that had to be sent on legal paper.

Everything was easy, making the appt, seeing the notary Elisabeth Barnes, all communication was excellent. Even told about a discount in coffee shop for customers of Hartwig. Would use again & definitely recomend.

Appalling service. Janet is utterly rude, irritable and downright unprofessional. Cannot believe how she treated me as a client - shocked and appalled at her behaviour and how unknowledgeable she was. I don't even think she even cared how rude she was towards me.

The woman who answered the phone was unprofessional, with an undesirable and arrogant attitude. In spite of not knowing any of the background relevant to my enquiry and probably a lack legal or other qualifications, she proceeded to tell me that my request for their service was unimportant and 'not urgent'.

Terrible service! They were rude and did all wrong! First we asked and paid for a service and they delivered completely opposite. Than they refused to fix, trying to force us to pay again. When they finally realized that they were wrong and decided to fix it, we asked for urgency (we really need those!) and they said 7 working days.. guess what?! It passed already 10 working days and nothing!!
