Worst investment company award goes to....Yeah they failed to adapt to recent market conditions, people lost most of their money due to dodgy leverages. Yet they still get a high profit on what's left. They never lose out

Baillie Gifford must have some good investors as their portfolios have performed well, but there customer service is poor. There is a limited amount you can do with their website, all transfers are to be done via signed letter via post (old fashioned) and when you speak to their representatives they have limited knowledge on the phone. A good trust, but huge improvements are there be made with the customer services.

Worst fund managers. Gets paid to lose investors monies

Just woke up and my mum's ISA has been wiped, customer service was laughing hysterically on the phone, I am absolutely fuming

Poor customer service, thieves as well stay away from this mockery
