Very good Eurocell to use, staff always helpful and always giving you details on special promotions. Good range of stock and always willing to find anything they are short of in branch.

Order placed on line. Items shown in stock. After 5 days I rang to find out when delivery would be made. Item was not in stock and delivery maybe next Thursday but can't confirm. Asked if delivery could be made for items that were in stock. Told by branch they couldn't change order. Now I have cancelled and won't be using this company again. Why do they state item's are in stock at branch if they aren't? Why not phone to say the order would be delayed. No existant customer service.

The staff here are friendly but I have had a big issue with a product I ordered in Jan was delivered in march but all faulty and it's now June in 3 days and still nothing... The branch don't chase anything up, they don't call to let you know how things are progressing and basically I paid £500 for a product and had to wait 6 months so far... Very very bad service... Even the area manager Andy was involved and it still isn't sorted...

Brilliant place. Listened to my DIY needs, offered helpful advice and sorted all the materials and tools. Fuss free and not as expensive as I'd feared. Highly Recommended!
