One of the best investments I made. House has never been as warm at the fraction of the cost comparing to underfloor heating. Can’t wait for hot summer days and cool house. Wonderful company. The knowledge and professionalism of AC air is second to none. From start to finish, they run the whole process, so never had to explain the same thing to multiple people (sales/engineers/electricians ect), which made the whole process smoother and easier.Products used are high quality and from reputable brands, which are so easy to use.One thing I can’t stress enough is their due attention and carefulness when working in the house; no mess/damage left behind. An excellent service from the first visit to the installation of the air con unit. Due to the age of the property and the fact that it was built into a hill made finding an acceptable solution more complicated than I initially thought. We were walked through all the pros/cons of all solutions and once we had made an informed decision the installation took place on time and was very professionally done. Although not used the unit for cooling yet we have for heating and it is very efficient, quiet and unobtrusive.I would highly recommend AC Air Wiltshire as the service that we received was first class.

Martin and Mike fitted a new aircon/heating system at our home recently. From start to finish we found them to be professional, knowledgeable and their communication excellent. We received excellent service from Martin and Mike who installed three Panasonic units in our new house. Martin helped us weigh up the pros and cons of heating options suitable for the three levels and we are very happy with the advice and outcome. The heating (and cooling) units are energy efficient, quiet and unobtrusive. We would recommend the services of AC Air wholeheartedly. They provided a professional service, responsive communications, were open and honest about possible solutions and overall they proved extremely reliable.

What a wonderful company. Just called to discuss air conditioning, spoke with Martin who gave me 20 minutes of his time to assess if AC was appropriate for our site and application. It wasn't as it happens, but I have come away with a thorough understanding of what we need. Not many companies are so generous with their time and expertise. As and when I need AC I will be calling Martin straight back.

Excellent firm - they arrive at the agreed time, supply as per competitive quotation, install the units cleanly and efficiently and thoroughly clean up afterwards the little debris that there is.The Panasonic air conditioner they installed is truly a delight. quieter than the 12 inch oscillating room fan, it quickly cools my well-insulated room so that within 10 minutes the room is cool when external temperature is 29 degrees. The running costs average no more than 20p per hour (on a hot day) for my 2.5kwh air conditioner - inexpensive related to the benefits and the delight of looking forward to a cool bedroom.
