Made to feel welcome with great sandwiches and coffee/hot chocolate. We thoroughly enjoyed it.NB. We have contacted the owners regarding dogs and they allow well behaved dogs to sit with their owners at inside tables next to the window. This is great news!

Food was lovely and fresh. Staff asked me what I wanted on my pancakes and made my order fresh as I desired. Friendly staff, good value. Will be returning.

Popped in to treat my three teenagers. The milkshakes were thoroughly enjoyed by each. Catered for my dairy free daughter too! Plus dog friendly so my puppy could settle and sleep whilst we chatted and drank. What a gem of a find!

I find this new little place rude..unhelpful and I doubt they will last to be honest..I went in with my daughter to try it out, bought salted caramel milkshake and a bueno chocolate one..I bought a small was about 3.50ish..The bueno was semi ok but the salted caramel was basically like a thickened milked, nothing like a milkshake thickness, my daughters was a little bit better..I went back in and spoke with both male and female worker and told them my milkshake was like drinking liquid with no thickness, they both just looked at me like I was stupid and proceeded to run off some lame excuses and jargon. They claim the use full ice cream in the milkshakes but didn't even want to address the Milkshake I purchased ..If this is the way a new shop treats their customer then no the won't last long and the milkshakes..well!I don't usually leave negative posts but was extremely upset at the off handed, I don't care attitude I received ..I walked out leaving the just bought salted caramel milk drink on the table, came home and told everyone not to bother going and wasting their money..

Love love love this place. Great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff. Amazing milkshakes and very reasonable prices. I really appreciate how they do vegan drinks as well and took my vegan friend there, she was highly impressed.

Visited at the beginning of November. Popped in for a quick shake with my son. Ordered, paid and after 20 minutes our 1 Bueno milkshake still hadn't arrived. Had to ask for a refund as I wasn't prepared to wait any longer. I have given 2 stars rather than 0-1 because lady was apologetic and polite and gave me a full refund but I was left with a very disappointed little boy. There were only 5 other customers in the shop and what seemed to be happening is rather than serve customers their drinks and leave the kitchen to sort food orders the staff member was working through each order from start to finish inc. toasties, hot food etc before moving on to the next. Never seen a system like this and it clearly didn't work. Counter tops and equipment were also in a terrible state. Perhaps the shop was short staffed but it is unlikely we will go back.

Wonderful place. We had 3 drinks, two tuna rolls and a cake for £18. I thought this was a bargain for the quality of the items. The shakes are truly delicious. Made with ice cream and the quality shows through. The only down side and I was close to giving 4 stars was the room was cold. I know its winter but the heating needs to be higher.However the rolls and cake were fresh and the shakes amazing, so it had to be 5 stars.

I put in an order from hear yesterday and was extremely disappointed not was it over 15 minutes late the toffee pudding and one of the custards had leaked all on the bag and had to be binned...Was very disappointed with this to be honest.and obviously was not taken care of by the delivery driver.
