No hesitation at all in recommending Richard. We had two adult bikes serviced and the work was done very quickly, we were kept fully updated, and the price was very reasonable. When it came to my bike, Richard picked up on (and solved) an issue that had clearly been missed by a couple of bike shops in Bristol (it had obviously been ongoing for quite some time). Home collection (and return) is also a huge bonus.

Had my bike serviced by ILovesmybike. Thorough and comprehensive job and great advice. Richard has a transparent set of service options. You know exactly what service you are getting and Richard provides detailed service evidence photos to highlight exactly what he's done (I've added a selection). This is my 2nd time using Richard, highly recommended.

A wonderful experience from Richard who clearly has deep knowledge and a thirst for bikes. I texted late on Saturday and he was working on my bike at 9am the next day! Would highly recommend and will certainly use again as my go to bike expert!

Unrivalled professionalism, expertise and attention to detail - is how I would sum up Richard and his service!Richard conducted a consultation on what my bike needed, giving multiple options with write ups comprising of the pros and cons of each option. Once i made my decision, he then ordered in necessary parts and serviced my bike quickly and effectively.He really is a bike expert and great to deal with!

Got Richard to service and repair an old road bike which had been neglected for a while. Richard was prompt in terms of coming around to collect the bike and explain the process. He called me up following his initial assessment and highlighted the options for works (must dos and nice to dos), which was good to try and keep some of the costs down. He managed to get parts in quickly and I got the bike back extremely quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Richard did a fantastic job on my Surly bike. His attention to detail really shows in his work and I thought the service was reasonably priced. The supplier for bike parts he uses is more expensive than other shops online, however I would still highly recommend Richard.
