*AVOID AVOID AVOID*Had my engagement ring from here in December, 2 weeks later the stone fell out so I went in the shop in Exeter and got a brand new replacement as well as having to pay £5 for delivery. New ring arrived and 2 months later the stone fell out again. I go into the shop and say I want a completely new ring which they order for me from another store, 2 weeks later this ring has still not arrived nor did I have any contact from them with an update. I went looking elsewhere and found what I was looking for at H Samuals. I go in to return my second replacement for a full refund and stated I won’t be using them anymore, I got no apology and the staff were very blunt. Sam who I dealt with previously was the only one that apologised and seemed to have experience in customer service. I will inform all of my friends, family and work colleagues NOT TO GO HERE! I highly recommend H Samual

Absolutely appalling service in Exeter. One of the staff was very flirty towards my husband . Disgusting ! you are here to serve your customers not flirt with them . Totally disgusting !

They keep going the extra mile...The Ernest Jones store in Exeter is great at customer service, and I'd like to mention Joanna in particular. Joanna sourced the watch I wanted from another store when it wasn't in stock locally. The store then switched the band to the one I wanted. A few weeks later she hunted down the right size of the ring I was interested in when the first two didn't fit, because my finger and that particular ring are both in-between sizes. She communicated with me throughout so I always knew what was happening. I have the impression that this store won't let anything stop them giving a customer the right result. Thank you!

Had a small issue with a ring of my wife's. Store manager TIM was amazing and sorted immediately.Have bought several items from him since, he goes above & beyond to ensure you leave happy.

I bought my engagement and wedding ring from the Exeter store. The deputy I believe is called Sam, was attentive, polite and approachable. However, the store manager who served me once out of the 3 times, was difficult and rude. Absolutely ruin my experience with the company. I will never shop there again. He had appalling customer service and created an unnecessary atmosphere. Extremely childish and disrespectful

Went into Ernest Jones in two different towns looking for the same type of ring and got told two completely different stories about having a 9ct white gold ring beside an 18ct white gold ring in Exeter they said it was OK in Bournemouth they said it was not OK so who's right or was Exeter just trying to get a sale

I visited on several occasions before purchasing my necklace (which is Stunning) each time the staff were helpful and happy to spend time with me whilst I tried the necklace on... on the occasion I did buy the necklace it was wrapped, beautifully and the lady was so lovely.

I’ve had the most fantastic experience with this store today, I called to see if they had a product, which they did, they held it for me, greeted me on arrival, altered watch in no time!Brilliant customer service from start to finish and Joanne especially was awesome, it’s seldom to find someone who is on the ball as much as this lady was today, top marks from me!!Dave @ Tarka Taxis
