The worse Customer Service i have ever experienced...!!! About a month ago had a leaflet through my door from Wildanet, so made contact and was told that fibre was availability to my property so I arranged for an installation appointment. Recieved a phone call a hour later to say they couldn't make the arranged appointment and could they rearrange. So booked another slot for the external works and a second slot for the internal works. The engineers came and connected the fibre from the road to my property and all was good. Then the week after the engineers came in and fitted the router and completed the internal works which included drilling a hole through the wall of my property (causing damage to the external brickwork), at which point the engineer informed me that they couldn't get a signal so it looked like the connection externally needed to be finished and that I would recieve an email within a couple of days once the connection was complete. After about 2 weeks of chasing the company for answers, eventually got a phone call to say that fibre was not available at my property and there was no plan for it to be provided anytime soon...!! So now I am let with their equipment, no fibre and damage to my property...no apology or anything .

While waiting for their fibre they offered to sign me up on a monthly contract when my previous contract ended. It's been two months and I'm still trying to sign up, having called them 4 times to chase. I'm now paying a ridiculous amount per month for being out of contact.Pretty awful experience so far!

I’ve been trying to get connected to Wildanet for 2+ years and they have consistently been the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Asking month after month when I could be connected: always given the same “couple of months” reply (here I am over 24 months later); local community event in the village, sales rep said she’d come down to the cottage next day as I highlighted the installation would be challenging (old circa 1880 cottage): never turned up; almost a year later I finally got an installation invite call, said I’d get a follow up for install date: took 2 weeks of *me* calling *them* to get a date; during those 2 weeks I called over 8 times: no one replied picked up in installations; when redirected to customer service I was told I’d be called back: I’ve *never* been called back; on one occasion a senior member expressed horror at my case file and my difficulties and *promised* to handle it directly and call me back: never called me back; installation date comes around and 2 vans appeared: left immediately when they discovered they couldn’t install due to reasons I’d informed them of 2 years previous; complete silence after this so I called everyday, on the hour, every hour for 3 days straight: installations never once picked up.I don’t trust them an inch anymore, and less so with my internet connection. My internet connection is my job, if Wildanet can’t get it together with an installation, I can’t trust them in the event my connection goes down and I need immediate support. They simply don’t answer the phone, or any communication of any kind.Entering into a 2 year fixed term contract would be madness at this point. I’m going to StarLink, 1 month rolling contract, I can install tomorrow and they actually reply!Wildanet, totally absent. Avoid at all costs.

Yet more poor customer service. Not heard anything from them in 2 months! Phoned to chase what is happening with the installations in my village and promised a phone call but true to Wildanets poor customer service never got a call.Had to email the chief executive to get any response from Wildanet. Installation was arranged for 20th Sept. A team turned up but couldn't complete the work so a survey was done and I was told Wildanet would contact me. 6 weeks later still NO contact. How on earth can this company stay in business!

My previous internet provider I had one outage in roughly 3 years, with Wildanet I've had about 8 in 18 months. I work from home and need to rely on my internet connection to remain stable. I've asked for call backs from managers, I emailed on August 24th and nearly 4 months have gone by with nothing. Would never recommend, can't wait to go with someone else.

Very unhappy with this company. I signed up for service only to find out they missed installing a CBT on the pole. They haven't said why it was missed or when they can resolve this. Have emailed them as they are still confirming on their website FTTP is available for my home. No replyAwful customer service. Maybe a complaint to Ofcom may help.

Amazing help from Daniel, Roxanne, Jo and the team at Wildanet today. We have had 3 happy and faultless years with Wildanet but this week we experienced a drop in service , they went above and beyond expectation to rectify the fault and it is now fixed - they were kind enough to host me at their offices for a few hours so I could continue working.Thank you Wildanet : )

If I could give Wildanet a 0 I would. So they now claim on their website all of PL20 7SY already has service on their website. Probably so they can show the number of installs. Surely this is fraudulent! Fiber is now in the street although they haven't delivered. OFCOM needs to know this!Oh and your Contractors have left a dirt toxic fuel can in my garden

Signed up with them as they were finally in my road. Promised call backs etc but didn't hear a thing. Finally got an update via email saying they were waiting on BT, due to a blocked duct. Waited a month and responded to their email asking for an update....no answer. Eventually had enough so switched back to BT. Called them to cancel my installation" and got put thru to a grumpy sales guy who didn't even query why I was cancelling. They must be getting used to it by now."

Absolutely avoid this scam of a company at all cost. I signed up, took two months to connect me and then I have been without Internet over half the time I'm meant to actually be connected. Used 3 days of holiday and now cannot work from home and earn!!They are clearly claiming for fibre infrastructure funding from government for what I have had confirmed from a trusted friend whom looked into the ground works and their inadequate splicing covered with polystyrene and not industry recommendation.Unfortunately I have had to give one star so able to leave this review but they truly not deserve even one!!!
