Very good group of lads, prompt, did a very good job both inside and out, took their time to get very detail. Managed to get a very inch of mud and dust off the car and even the alloys. Definitely will be back again and very good price for what you get. Hard working business.Keep it up guys

I’ve always come this car wash over the last few years. Never really had any issues with them. I’ve always come around 4-6 weeks because it’s not an essential to get my car cleaned. It’s more of a luxury. Sometimes within this time frame, I actually clean it myself between the times I take it to be cleaned at the car wash.Today, after finally being able to get my car fixed I decided to take it to the car wash. I wanted to get it fixed because I didn’t want cause any further damage. Within this time frame, I had cleaned my car inside twice. Anyway, after having the outside of my car cleaned I went to the bay to have the inside cleaned. I was told to reverse my car in closer. So I did but because the guy was standing in my way I couldn’t even see where I was going properly so I ended up to close to the wall. Instead of one of them politely asking me to move my car forward. They all started shouting at each other before I then asked one of the guys “do you want me to move my car forward?” And he smiled and nodded saying yes. The other guy came over and said “yes you’re too close and we can move”. I appreciate that but please ask me nicely. Don’t let me sit there and guess what you want me to do.After 5 minutes of sitting in their waiting room they asked me to come outside. They said that they were going to charge me extra because of the dog hair in my car. I asked them how much and they said £20. A little bit steep if you ask me seeming the mini valet itself is only £10. They normally take an hour to do my car anyway so why on earth would I pay an extra £10. I told them leave it and that I will pay for the outside to be cleaned and then I will clean the inside myself.The guy them said he would charge me £15 but continued to moan about it. Again, I offered him the option to leave my car and I will do it myself but he insisted that he will clean it. So I said “clean the car, I will pay and then I will not bother coming again”. He then proceeded to say “were the best car wash in Britain” which I obviously said “but you’re not”. He then tried to explain to me that a £10 mini valet will be offered to customers who cars look like the one he’s just cleaned. If it looked like that then they wouldn’t clean it.After waiting about an hour for them to clean my car. (This is the time frame of inside and out). They finally told me that my car was done. Only to get in my car and see that they hadn’t wiped down my doors or the seats. I literally paid them £15 to wash the outside of my car and wipe my windows and hoover. I appreciate it’s not the best of jobs etc however I can assure you that it doesn’t take an hour to clean a car. I do clean it myself as stated however my shark hoover isn’t as good as an industrial one.Listerally lost my custom. Will not be attending this car wash again. Never really write reviews but after today’s experience, this people should be notified.

Best place I have ever used they did an outstanding job. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Guys are lovely and there's somewhere nice to wait. Perfect service overall.

Had the mini valet last Saturday, great value for £12 the guys here work so hard & always do a fantastic job, can't fault it. I have a beautifully shiny red car again..Thanks guys

My partner used the car wash for the first time yesterday and he can't rate the quality of the work high enough. He's used other car washes over the years but none have have ever been as good as this one. I would highly recommend this car wash and the staff ate all helpful and friendly

I have been using this wash for years and regard it as the best in the Potteries.Cars I've taken through include Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati and Mercedes. All are cleaned to an excellent standard.If you have any special requests they are catered for. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for the team.
