Took my old lotus to Marcs motors for an mot.. i spoke to him about my car on his forecourt has i had had poor experiences at other garages in the past. He was very polite and paid an interest in my car. I booked it in and had to later change the date which was no problem. Took the lotus in and left it with him for about 40 minutes. The car passed and he kindly printed a copy of the mot for me. Ill b definitely using Marcs motors in the future for the lotus and my daily driver.A very professional service. Thank you

Paid £60 to have my fan belt changed, they put one on that was too big and ended up snapping not long afterwards... this resulted in damage being caused to my engine which cost over £1000. Unfortunately I was not given a receipt nor did I pay by card otherwise I would be taking matters further.

I have to say to begin with that I am happy with the work that was done for me, though, it did take a full 3 weeks longer than I was told, and this besides my making clear, that this was a time sensitive project. I have now had to cancel some of my plans, and reschedule other works at great inconvenience
