Shocking. None of the hairdressers looked professional. Their hair was ghastly. The women who cut my hair had a disgusting smokers cough and contradicted everything I said or asked for. Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had because she decided to to what she wanted despite me showing photos which were achievable with my hair. I’m actually disgusted at the customer service. My hair will grow back. The experience will stay. Wow!

I took my daughter to Rush in Bromley Glades to have her hair styled for the first time. We were lucky to have Faye do my daughter's hair. She was very welcoming and gave lots advice not just to my daughter but to myself too. She listened to what my daughter wanted and combined two of my daughter's favourite haircuts and the result was absolutely wonderful. My daughter also said she really enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner she said it was like a head massage.It was super easy to book online and we feel fortunate that Faye was available to do my daughter's hair. We will definitely be back and really cannot wait to have Faye do my hair.

Been coming here for years, wonderful staff, Faye truly is amazing at transforming my hair and always listens to what I want and does perfectly everytime. I even bring my children to get their hair cuts here. Definitely recommend!

Had a last minute hair cut and style with Faye. She was beyond amazing!!! She took what I wanted and made it even better, leaving me with happy tears. Faye, you are awesome!!!!!!

The lady who done my colour done it very well however I saw about 4 different stylists in the space of 2 hours and felt to rushed.Was not a relaxing experience at all and just felt like a they wanted to cram as many clients in as they could.Paid good money and could get a much better service elsewhere.
