Well what a class what a fantastic instructor Emma brings so much positivity and energy her class is not a chore it’s something I really look forward to and that hour is the quickest of my life it’s a real buzz and her class is so friendly we are like extended family come and give it a go you will not be disappointed

Been going to Emma’s Classes for just over 4 years. Emma is a great teacher and there is always great positive atmosphere in her classes. Be it Clubbercise, Rockbox or flow there is something that all ages, abilities and gender can enjoy!

Absolutely love attending Emma`s classes! I have been going for over five years and whether it be Rockbox, Clubbercise or Flow, at the end of the hour I always feel better than I did when I arrived!!

Wow I come out of every class with a huge smile on my face! Emma is a brill instructor every class is for all fitness levels, full of energy, fab music everyone is friendly and we always have a laugh while exercisingI wish I could do a class every day xx
