Sherdons Golf Centre

I went there for a driver fitting (Taylor Made as it happens). Hugely impressed with the fitter (Jamie) & facility. You hit in to a huge screen that gives all your stats to help with club adjustment. Brand new state of the art.There is also a covered driving range, a 9 hole course with some testing holes on it & a crazy golf course too. Bar & food facilities too.

We visited as a family, 2 adults and 4 children for the adventure golf and driving range. We received a warm welcome, the staff were very friendly. The adventure golf was excellent fun, the kids loved it and enjoyed the spooky Halloween decorations. The cafe has a fab view of the golf course and was a lovely place to be on a sunny afternoon, plus the kids told me that the hot chocolate was the best they'd ever had! The driving range was great fun for all- it has programs for kids and adults so something for all. All in all, a great family afternoon.

Really enjoyed our adventure golf. Plenty of effort has gone into its design. Very well run.

We booked for my 6yr old son to have a birthday party with 5 of his friends which was so delightful! Donna and the team were so incredibly lovely and helpful. The set up for their meal was in a quiet corner, off the main bar area which was very nice but quite petite. The adventure golf area was a massive hit with the boys but we already knew that as we had visited many times before. Would very much recommend and also super reasonable. Thank you Sherdons!

Reasonably priced nice course kids loved it.

No longer allowed to book as a solo player. You have to just turn up and “hope” they have space. I travel from Northleach so I won’t be just turning up hoping you can fit me in. This is ridiculous I’ve spent a fortune on your golf course.

A great 9 hole golf course kept in good condition. Friendly staff. Also has a children's crazy golf (Pirate ship) experience.

Can only speak for the driving range which is good - nice mats and automatic ball loaders.With Covid-19 they've made some changes - contactless card payments to get balls and steps to keep people apart. Fairly busy but worth a trip.

I visited Sherdon’s golf centre for a club fitting after a recommendation from a family friend. Despite it being fairly far away (a 2 hour round trip) I went ahead and booked a session. Richard and his team are absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’d previously discussed a fitting with other centres (including the ‘big one’) - the focus of these seemed to only be on selling me a set of clubs. Whilst sometimes these fittings are free it feels like the integrity of the advice is impacted by the desire to sell clubs to you. This couldn’t have been further from the case with Sherdon’s. a genuine interest in my reasons for getting fitted - and what I had to achieve from it - were discussed before a thorough analysis of my swing in the range using the trackman system. As well as being fitted for clubs I was also given some advice on my swing from the video clips and data. At the end of the session I had chance to try a club with the recomended set up and from the first hit it felt great. There was no pressure to buy a set of clubs through Sherdon’s however they are going to try and help me source a set through their network of pros. I’ll definitely be visiting Sherdon’s again to have a go on the course and hopefully visit for some lessons.
