I've had 3 carpets and a laminate floor from this company. Every time I've visited I've recieved a fantastic service from start to finish.The showroom staff had no problem spending lots of time going through various options and giving advice.Their fitting service is punctual, polite and their workmanship is fantastic.

Wow fabulous customer service - very pleasant and helpful in the shop helping me choose from a vast amount of vinyl - the fitters very professional and polite nothing too much trouble - my kitchen has been transformed and the vinyl looks great - I highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great variety of carpets to choose from for our needs. The man in store was very knowledgeable and friendly and matched the carpet exactly to our requirements. The fitters arrived promptly and did a fantastic job and were also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be coming here again. Many thanks!

I have used Blackburn Carpet Centre twice now both living and reception rooms, hallway, landing and one flight of stairs and will be going back within a few days for the second flight of stairs and can honestly say from start to finish the company the fitters are all 5+ stars. Fantastic communication and nothing was too much trouble. Would have given them more stars if possible.
