My son is leaving their and he is always claim it’s good place and the stuff is available all the time

Extremely disappointed. Firstly, They have not provided vacuum cleaners in all the apartments. They might ask you to carry it every time from the reception (if available). Secondly, cleaning only covers the kitchen, which is done every two weeks. Third, I stay in a silver room (which is their second-best option) but the location of the mirrors in the room is such that you cannot see anything after the sun sets (even with the lights on). The placement of the furniture could not be worse, the window glasses have not been cleaned for a year and they have become opaque because of the dust on the outside. The chairs in the room are tiny and not up to the standards. The common room's pool table is in pathetic condition, all the cue sticks are broken or bent.The laundry is coin-operated, which is just an added headache.Also, you have to submit your id to play in the common room (since there are no cue sticks present already) which is inconvenient during the night hours. I keep raising requests and there is no proper solution given to me.

Throughout my stay in Campus living village for a year, the experience is quite unsatisfactory. The rooms are spacious, and there is 24/7 staff on site. However, the accommodation is quite old with stinking carpets with no air flow in the hallway with dim light. The accommodation inside looks like a hospital, and most of the facilities are broken, the kettle, the toasting machine, two hobs out of four (it takes forever to heat up the pan), the microwave (produces electricity sparks sometimes), and the elevator which has been out of service for three times in a row. The carpet looks like it has been lying for two years with no fur, so your floor is ice old during the winter as there is literally no insulation for your feet. The tables has wears and tears and my sofa being seriously torn on my day of arrival but they changed it later. THE WORST OF ALL, is the dim light in the room which I cannot even study properly during the night. The wall are also not soundproof at all, so there's no privacy..you can hear your flatmates talking. The door stoppers are not working properly so the door slam will wake u up in the night. The staffs and maintenance team will intrude your flat three times a week for different purposes like checking this and that, which is annoying over time if you live for the whole year.

Firstly they asked lots of questions to match with best flatmates but as a final year student I had to share the flat with 2 noisy freshers. Besides, when we complained about them to reception they just send an email and they did nothing about it. The cleaning staff is not coming fortnightly. Room size is ok but the thing on the floor is not hygienic. Because of dusts I had to take lots of pills for my allergy. It cannot clean with the vacum cleaner because the bag in the cleaner was full from beginning to end. Heating system is strange and unpractical. Especially in the winter, you need to press the button every two hours and in the night you can freeze. The wall is so thin, I can even hear breathing from other rooms. Beds are uncomfortable. I asked to change it 3 times but they were all dirty and uncomfortable. Washing machines are expensive and not good. 35 minutes to clean everything? Also, tenancy agreement has over 5 days before my graduation. I asked to expand and they refused. I asked to leave my luggages just for a day ( even asked to pay for it) they refused. However, security was helpul if I compare with other staff. Not recommend.

It's one of the best accommodation here at this price point. Location is great, convenience in buying the groceries, staff is approachable, rooms are quite spacious, have a pool table and foosball, but pool table is not maintained. They have a TV, but they don't have a license (makes no sense). Bi-weekly kitchen cleaning service, sometimes it gets delayed.

Good place to stay especially for students.Very supportive staff and so far the experience of staying is great

A know students (including a close relative) in this location who advise the maintenance people is good and the staff are flexible in allowing othrt students in. However many are unhappy with the cleaners who declare flat to messy to clean for the odd pot from a recent meal.

Cancelled accommodation a month ago but no refund - awful refund policies.

If you are staying on the lower floors or have a loud flatmate, good luck trying to get sleep at night because the sound proofing in this place is absolutely horrible or even non existent. The overall accom is old and whilst the rooms are big, it is not worth risking your sleep and sanity trying to sleep through the obnoxious people that seem to love chatting loudly downstairs until 6am. The staff don’t do anything about them either. Only book this place if you are a heavy sleeper who can sleep through a literal earthquake.Did I also mention the cleanliness is subpar? The facilities are old and the fortnightly cleans are more like cleanings once a month. It’s a miracle this place has 4 stars on google review given how horrible everything is except for the price and size.

The place is ok. Has a bus stop near to it and Tesco five minutes down the road. Cheaper than other alternatives I've found, given its position. Upsides: Staff is kind and helpful when needed. Downsides: My request of sharing the flat with my Erasmus mate was completely ignored. I first ended up in a flat and then be asked to move to another one a couple of days later because of an error. Ended up with three messy freshers who were not able at all to keep the kitchen tidy. Plus maintenance works were really annoying. Can't really understand why carrying out fire system enhancing works throughout winter and spring, especially during exams' period.
