I don't normally post reviews, but on this occasion I felt it was appropriate. Sarah has been amazing and is an asset to the company. From the first call to contract the contract being signed she has been professional, polite and very helpful. Due to Sarahs brilliant communication the turnaround of documents etc... was quick which made the process less daunting. We are so happy that we have managed to secure a property in the exact area we wanted and cant wait to move in. Thank you for everything and putting up with my thousands of questions!

Leading up to my move in date, Sarah Hall (Administrator) was extremely helpful. She showed understanding and was empathetic towards my unique situation while being professional. She went on to make extra efforts to help me remedy the necessary changes that needed to be made to my tenancy agreement. Overall the customer service has been speedy and fantastic. I'm really grateful for her involvement.
