Steve was really helpful, and made sure I came away with the best chair for me rather than the more expensive option I went in for. Happy to let me browse and take as long as I needed to select an individual chair (there's a lot of variation in individual chairs when buying decent used ones - especially the Aeron). Very reasonable prices too.
