A1 Moto

This is long winded, just bear with me. I took my new Tiger 800 to them in 2019 (which they didn't supply), it had a fault which the supplying dealer couldn't find (the motor would intermittently cut out when you pulled the clutch in to change gear). Five minutes later the service manager (Scott) told me, they'd found the fault but it would take an hour to fix - amazing. So ever since then all my bikes and my wife's bikes have been there for servicing. The service is second to none. 2 weeks ago my wife traded her Street Twin for an EC1 Ltd edition; the salesman was brilliant (Stuart), deal done, and they swapped over her shorter shocks and various other accessories from her old bike to the new one (Faultless). So when we went to pick up my wife's new bike, I got the hump and traded my bike in for a new one; again the Salesman was brilliant (Stuart) - deal sorted in minutes. When I went to collect the bike Stuart had a day off but Jim looked after the handover and it was seamless, all accessories (as requested were fitted to the bike) and the handover was very professional, informative and friendly. It is just the best dealership I have ever been to, the Service Department are Brilliant, the Sales Staff are Brilliant, the Technicians are Brilliant (and approachable - which you don't find in many Dealers), the Valeters go the extra mile, the owner is a great bloke and the cafe staff are friendly (food is great).If you need your bike serviced or need problems diagnosed, want to buy a new one or want to swap it, do not go anywhere else. If I could give 20 stars I would.

Superb friendly customer service, I had my tiger serviced and it was carried out to high standard as usual. Highly recommendUpdate 7/11/23Traded in my Tiger 1200 Alpine and bought the Tiger 900 GT Aragon last week. The whole experience was smooth and Jim was superb in guiding me through. New bike had a problem with exhaust but it was addressed promptly (thanks Jim, Chris & Jack). The service I received is excellent and I would recommend A1 motors to anyone. Great showroom, great bikes and well presented. Was approahed, but wasn't hounded by the sales staff. Only downside, car parking limited, but heaps of bike parking. Day was icy so was in car.

Awesome place to visit even if you are not buying anything, there is a great café there under the same roof, all the staff are professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable.There is even a storage area for customers helmets while you look around.

A1 Moto kindly hosted the Distinguishing Gentlemen’s Ride this year for North Yorkshire. They put on a great venue and have a very good cafe. I haven’t had a the good fortune of buying a bike from the team yet but I look forward to it.

Brilliant dealers, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Very unusual to find a place as good as this these days… if you’ve not been it’s def worth a trip.. 10/10 across the board from me ..Steve leaker
