Hi, I visited today with my Mum, she’s in a wheelchair but we were accommodated easily and had an appointment downstairs.The receptionist and audiologist that attended my Mum were lovely and have done an amazing job in restoring her hearing, I’ll be recommending Hear in Wombourne to anyone who needs hearing services, thank you.

I took my mom last week and the lady who removed her wax was amazing. Fantastic professional practice. I have had ear wax removal, a hearing test which highlighted a problem and a discussion on different types of hearing aid when there was no pressure to buy the most expensive aid. Very impressed with the professionality of staff carrying out the procedure, initial consultation was with Sophie, who booked me in on an appointment for wax removal. upon procedure day it was still aching so was put on a revisit once it had softened up, 2nd visit and what a difference - so much relief - Thankyou to the staff for all they've done, granted there was a little admin mix up with what was owing, having already paid my fee, but this was easily rectified by Sophie, and no reflection on the service provided and nothing that would put me off seeking treatments again :-)

I visited today for wax removal and Yvette was fantastic, she was very professional and nothing too much trouble, Yvette went above and beyond to help with what could have been a difficult extraction, she ensured I was okay throughout, fully recommended!
