Built some shelves & a cupboard for me that weren't what I wanted (didn't seem like he had been listening). Was not interested at all in making things right and wanted more money to change the doors to what I had actually wanted. Tried to complain but John was very hostile. The cupboard wouldn't even fit through the door to the room. Ended up very out of pocket. Very upsetting experience.

I was very disappointed to be charged a good amount of money for delivery when the delivery guy was provided an inaccurate delivery contact number by John. When I requested for a re-delivery, John chose to pass on the blame and refused to redeliver without charging another extortionate delivery fee.Customer service did not seem to be an area John Kennedy was much concerned with. It's a shame when it seems that getting the money of the customer was more important than providing a good service that can bring further business to him.
