I have been left with burns on my scalp!! Terrible hair cut & appliances being used incorrectly, heat from appliance has burnt and blistered my scalp! Emma who did my hair was clearly grumpy, be aware of steam scalding your customer! rubbish hair cut!!!!

Had my very long hair cut by Elaine. She was amazing! Listened to what I wanted and gave me amazing advice on how to manage my frizzy curly hair. I am so pleased with the results! I was treated with respect by the whole team and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Will definitely be returning to see Elaine again.10/10

Excellent salon , wonderful stylists who listen to want you want, give you great advice and care about the end results. Been coming here for quite a few years now and always happy with my cuts and colours. Highly recommended .

This was my first visit to Novo and from the first interaction on the phone I felt welcomed and at ease. Siobhan was lovely with getting my booked in & advising me. Mia was lovely and friendly and Elaine done a fantastic job with my unruly barnet.

Used to like going here but my last experience has now put me off. My hair looked like a five year old had painted my hair with bleach. It took another hair dresser four hours to fix and make look natural again. Considering the owner was styling my hair after the colour you'd think he may have said something and got the colourist to fix it.

As a first time client, I was delighted by my experience in Novo today. Elaine was professional, friendly and really helpful. She was attentive and listened to what I wanted. The salon itself has a great atmosphere. Jade who washed my hair was really friendly and welcoming too. I also loved my finished haircut. Thank you! ☺️
