Elite Car Service

I've used Elite for airport pickup and drop off three times, and each time they've fantastic in their service - driver, punctuality and comfort.One on occasion, a flight was significantly delayed and the arrival was uncertain. They remained very flexible and attentive, and arranged for a pick-up well after midnight.For a Merton local looking for a ride to or from the airport I can only highly recommend them.

Terrible service received on a pre-booked collection from airport. Driver was not tracking flight as agreed, arrived 30mins after the flight had landed, with no sign and was simply asking if we were the drivers passengers.Calling the control room, the excuse was the airport was busy, it was an international number (with the international code given) and that the driver had been there the whole time when he was seen arriving. Was charged for a parking fee as well.

Booked a taxi on Friday, for the following Tuesday. Requested car seat for 1 year old and was confirmed this would be arranged. Called to confirm arrangement the day before the collection. Again, was the car seat provision was agreed and payment taken. Taxi arrived 8am the following day with no car seat. Driver showed no concern and didn’t once apologise. Called firm to explain this isn’t acceptable. Was told ‘car seats are only subject to availability’ and not included in the price. I said I had paid for the service due to being led to believe it would include a car seat. I was told this was actually only provided if they had them available. I was told on the two occasions when I booked the taxi, and then called again to confirm the booking, that it would be provided. Only on the day when it didn’t arrive, did they mention it was ‘subject to availability’. No apology, simply told ‘well we are exempt from the legal requirements to have car seats, because we are a taxi firm’. This may be the case but this is, in my opinion, a very poor service and I feel deceived given I paid for a service because I was told it would include a car seat, which is something I deem imperative for a 1 year old on a long motorway journey, ‘legal requirement’ or not.

Just had a ride from London to Heathrow.My driver Aman was friendly and courteous and we had a great chat about life.Would use again.Michael

Very unreliable and inefficient. Half an hour late and didn't provide a baby seat for our 6 month old baby. The last time they did provide a baby seat but had no idea how to set it up and it was too small for our 6 month old. Besides that the drivers are good and friendly but the staff in the main office don't record the correct information despite being repeatedly told the booking time. I will not be using them again.

Very professional, polite service from Aman this morning. Very prompt arrival at 5.45am for our trip to Gatwick – brilliant service and would recommend!

They really have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received a confirmation text of time I wanted picked up from airport, driver show up an hour early, gets charged extra for parking fees, and they still charge us for all the extra fees and claim I never told them a time in their notes, when in fact I have proof from text message confirmation. Elite cars told me if Im not happy with this type of service to not use them since I was a very unhappy customer. Ive used them multiple times and have many complain but this is the first complaint Ive expressed to them and will be the last time I ever use them. I dont recommend this company.

Booked and paid. Reconfirmed by phone. They didn’t turn up, then when we rang, they said it would be more expensive if we wanted to be taken to the same destination which we had already booked. Infuriating.

Booked a taxi to take me to Gatwick airport two days prior (for 5:45am). On the day, 5:45am comes and there is no taxi. Waited five minutes before calling, and was told the taxi would be two minutes. I then had to ring to actual driver who said they were running late but would be with us in 12 minutes!!!! At 6:15, they finally arrived. They were incredibly apologetic, but am still super disappointed in the service. They were speeding the entire way to the airport to make up time, and whilst I appreciate them wanting to get us there on time, 90mph in a 60 zone was not how I had envisioned it happening. Additionally, the drivers check-engine light was on (another unnecessary source of anxiety on top of everything else). 30 minutes late for an airport run is totally unacceptable and will likely not be using elite taxis again.

Worst worst service! Plus want to charge £10 extra to go to Heathrow via M25! If you live in Raynes Park or surrounding area please find and use someone else. Lived in Raynes Park and have used Elite for over 20 years- never again.
