The oil they were cooking in was a deep black and smoking, I could smell the smoke from the counter. Genuinely concerning as the chemicals in reduced are extremely carcinogenic.I don’t think I’ll eat out of there again, and I don’t think anyone else should if they value their health. It’s very concerning.

Absolute nightmare getting my food order on the drive through mainly as I tried to audit the order to add something on, resulted in the cashier cancelling everything..Manager was very knowledgeable of the system and procedures and sorted the issue straight away..

Clean, tidy restaurant, well done to the older staff member doing this work. I got a grilled chicken wrap, the salad was fresh and crispy, the garlic mayonnaise was nice but the grilled chicken was dry, tough and lukewarm. Not great but a cheaper bite than some of the other places around dunbar.

This isn't food it's a lack of options, these restaurants used to be about fast service and freshly made food, now the food is normally cold and soggy and takes forever to be served.It's like they just don't care and have given up because people will buy it regardless of taste or quality.On the plus side their coffee is pretty decent but once again it's usually let down by a 20 minute wait in the drive through just for coffee, and yes, I could go inside but that's not normally any faster.Usually dirty tables and other people's left overs all over the tables inside also so not worth sitting in most of the time.

Had Chicken Wrap, Fries and a Malteser McFlurry. Everything was fine until I saw the ice cream. It was so small, it could have fitted into the smaller tub with plenty space left over. Also, there was hardly any chocolate maltesers spread over. Maybe I should have complained, but I really couldn't be bothered. They knew what they did. So I decided to do what the majority of people do: Say nothing and don't go back.

Worst Mc I've ever been. We are here waiting for our order 30 minutes. They are so young and clueless about any kind of service, chatting and sitting in a group looking at the customers waiting for the food. As you can see the chips are uncooked

I went to the McDonald’s in Dunbar with my aquentences on the 28th of August 2023 at 7:00PM. I ordered a large Big Mac meal with irn bru and large chips. My server Isaac was extremely kind and helpful. He made sure I got the right food and helped me pay when my card declined. He was also very apologetic when he told me the ice cream machine was broken, a true gentleman.10/10 service, food was amazing as well

An absolute joke of a place. Worst McDonald's in lothians. Too busy worrying about deliveries over actual visiting customers. Very rarely have your order ready and tell you to take a parking bay and wait. A total shambles managers just out of school with no communication skills

Called in here for the first time and last, the place was in need of a good clean. The tables was full of empty food cartons and there was food on the floor which hadn't been cleaned up. I went to put somthing in the bin out which was also overflowing with rubbish
