After going to a few of the big name furniture stores at Portrack and Teesside Park where you barely got in the door before they collared you, we went to BandS. Our last three suites have been from there and again today, they fixed us up no problem. Laid back but helpful and knowledgeable staff. Lovely, stylish sofas to match a wide variety of tastes. Great aftercare package and, a few bargains to be had.

As the place has been completely refurbished, and decorated by yours truly, I have to say it looks absolutely fantastic. The store was very sorry looking and in desperate need of jazzing up. They done a fabulous job of it. As for the items for sale, yes it's a tad expensive. But you get what you pay. When they have sales on you can get a bargain. I managed to pick up a bedframe reduced down to £99 from £475! Staff are very chatty and friendly, would recommend to anyone.

Staff are very friendly with you before you make a purchase but are very poor at after sales service. Brought a £1000 wardrobe in September paid another £40 for delivery and £130 to install it, waited three months to hear back from them to arrange a delivery date, blaming Brexit" for the delay. When I went into store after Christmas to finally book my delivery date was told he can't do that for me in-store I must ring a number. He gave me the number of the very store I was stood in. That way he didn't have to waste his time dealing with me himself and could spend his time earning his commission from new customers he had waiting."

Not a great shopping experience. I parked my car and entered the store to discover I needed a parking pass from a member of staff, which was fair enough, however there was no one around. I finally found a member of staff at the furthest point of the building, however he was with customers so I stood for quite some time until he was able to write me a slip which I then had to take back to my car, at this point I will mention that I am currently having mobility issues so by this time I wasn't in the mood for furniture shopping but never mind! I went back inside but couldn't find what I was looking for, the assistant advised me that they couldn't keep everything in stocks, which I fully appreciate but he made no attempt to find out which (if any) of their stores had the item so I could go and look so I left with nothing sadly. I think that a prestige store ought to have more than one member of staff available, potentially a large sale lost.

Size Matter when Choosing Furniture & HERE, One gets a Fair Perspective.Depth , width of Seating is is becoming MORE Retrospective.Once : A Design was Comfortable ; however Age, Access 'n Size create a Fear.That Spindle Legs and Mortice joints in 'Favourites' may Now, NOT Last A Year!Shopping is MY Least Favourite passtime..I see it! I like it! I Buy.However: even in the Most Elegant Stores, it is Not enough ; to Just TRY!Patient Staff must off-times feel Frustrated, by the Cusomers like Me 'n Her.We have Different Likes 'n Dislikes ; thus, the Compromise just Wasn't There!!

We bought a beautiful chair and Andrew was pretty helpful and kind. He share his knowledge and gave us some tips to keep the furniture new for longer. Loads of awesome furniture for inside and outside, definitely an excellent place to buy things for your home.
