Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t fix things under warranty. Customer service centre overseas can’t help anything. Don’t buy anything LG.

Zero customer service. My washer dryer has an electrical fault 2 years and 4 months after purchasing. They say it is out of the 2 year warranty despite the sticker on the front saying there is a 10 year warranty for the inverter. Now the electrical fault could be related to the inverter, we don't know - they should investigate rather than fob me off. Anyway I've got an independent local repairer to come quickly to take a look and hopefully fix it. Either way, I will be taking LG to small claims court for the cost of repair or replacement (plus all other associated costs) once everything is sorted - too bad for them really.

We brought our LG washing machine 10 months ago. The machine started to get very noisy rang LG who arranged an engineer, I had video the height of the noise so he could hear it himself, he said he would send his report to LG and we would hear from them. We heard nothing so called again the same engineer came out this time saying we needed new drum and bearings on a 10 month old machine.I rang customer service which is not in England and had to try and explain what had happened after a lot of explaining the customer service agent said she would escalate my complaint. Again I heard nothing I called again, luckily I spoke to the same agent who said she would escalate to the higher complaints team and would hear in 2/3 days. I heard nothing again I called eventually spoke to a manager who informed all they could do was fix it. I advised I was not happy having the machine for 10 months and major parts had to be changed it was not acceptable and I expected a replacement, I was advised she could not do this it had to be fixed at least twice and then the engineer would have to report it was unfixable to get a replacement.I decided to ring head office in Weybridge spoke to a very helpful lady who said she would pass this on to someone who would call me back to discuss my complaint. That was a week ago still no phone call. So I would not buy again from LG as they do not take the time to resolve a complaint.

American fridge freezer breaks maginally outside of warranty period. I make an enquiry, and it takes 3 months of chasing to get a response. I asked if it was acceptable to wait this long for a response, and the agent advised that the complaint was processed. There was no written outcome, and when asked for one, they said it wasn’t possible. I asked for escalation, they said it was processed. I asked if a £1000+ American fridge freezer should only last 2 years before being replaced, and they said sometimes. I was basically saying, it should last a reasonable amount of time.The customer agent team are not skilled to deal with enquiry.The complaints team do not respond in time, nor do they provide a response.The customer is treated so poorly, I would question whether I bought a LG product ever again.If I could give 0 stars I would.I have call recordings and print screens of my online contact / chasing. There’s not been one single apology and no goodwill gesture to resolve my issues.They even said that I was 3 months longer outside warranty, even though i brought it to their attention over 3 months ago.A customer should be treated with compassion, what other customer expects to pay £1000+ every 2 years for a fridge freezer… seems they think an LG customer would…

1 star is too kind. Ordered a wide screen monitor using the on LG Online Shop, cancelled by LG on the day of delivery. No reason given. Asked for a refund over 3 weeks ago, still waiting. Just found out that the refund is being processed today, i now have to wait another 7-10 days. The whole experience is awful. The Online experience is broken. Such shame, as LG products are very good.

Hi allBought a washing machine, started leaking, some how the drum had a hole, made us pay for it, 3 weeks down still not fixed.Atrocious, shocking and despicable service.Zero stars.Will never buy anything from them again...Call centre staff in the Philippines, no help at all....like robots with a script.My advice: don't make the mistake.

Bought an LG resu chem 16kw battery costing £10,000 first one had a fault and after contacting LG to get a replacement the replacement still not delivered after 3 months of constant chasing. Customer support are completely clueless about this product and product support. Decided to purchase a second battery as we needed to finish the project. Second battery installed but still doesn’t work because LG customer services won’t resolve the problem this has been going on over a month.

Absolutely dreadful service. My TV developed a fault with the screen in May. Purple line down the right side of the screen. Took them 4 weeks to arrange a repair. The same problem occurred two weeks ago. After constant WhatsApp messages and photos they still haven't arranged a repair. Wouldn't recommend anyone buying LG products because the customer service is awful my TV is by the way still under guarantee.

Utter shambles when the tv develops a fault, 4 months of wasted time, failed promises galore from CS & from HQ, sat with a faulty tv, no idea if or when it will get sorted, my 4th LG in a row all.of which were not cheap, my last.
