I saw Tracy in July for some skin care advice. I had been using ZO which is twice the price!!!! Tracy suggested trialing Alumier products. Three months in and I am really pleasantly surprised that the products are comparable in quality and cost half the price. Tracy is the consummate professional. She takes her time and is very knowledgeable.

Tracy is knowledgable and highly skilled. After trying others I am so happy to have found her, she really listens to you and gives you the results you want.

Very happy with the facial peel I had with Tracy. She is so welcoming and knowledgeable that you are comfortable from the minute you walk into the clinic. Tracy carefully assessed my skin before deciding which peel would suit the best. She explained what would happen throughout the peel, all about the aftercare, and what I could expect to happen before I would see the full effects. I'm impressed and delighted with the result. I was nervous about having fillers for the first time, but Tracey was lovely and so professional and knowledgeable that she put me at ease. I had fillers in my cheeks and Botox to help my frown lines & I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Tracey also advised me on skincare and recommended a routine with some lovely products. My skin is honestly looking so much better after 6 or 7 weeks of following her advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey. She is wonderful.

I came to see Tracy with my 10 year old daughter who had terrible warts all over her fingers - she is due to start senior school in September and I was upset by the appearance of them for her and worried that she would be picked on. Tracey met with my daughter and discussed the treatment. She was patient, kind and explained everything to her. My daughter has had 2 treatments and taking her back today for a third treatment they have gone! I’m my daughters words ‘Tracy has worked miracles!’ I am so overjoyed with the results! I went to Tracy for help with my skin problems/acne. Following allergic reactions to my usual products and developing ezcema I was struggling to get my acne under control without triggering skin reactions.Tracy is the most kindest person and understands how sensitive this subject is. Tracy offered lots of advice on simple skin care to us then working together to find the right product for my sensitive skin and treating my acne. Her advice and products have transformed my skin and I rarely have breakouts now. I honestly could not thank her enough, the clinic is lovely and her medical expertise make you feel safe.
