staff are so sweet and make sure your happy with what they do for you and service great nails although i did have to wait 20 minutes to be seen as there where already people in the chairs when i came but definitely worth it i love my nails and got so many compliments ❤️❤️

Worst place! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Made an appt for 3pm and only 3 staff working. Had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. No ‘hello’ when I walked in. No ‘sorry for the wait’ - no nothing! Another lady had an appt that she waited 45 minutes for and then was told that she can’t get the ombre nails she wanted because they were too behind - not her fault! She was also told it was because someone was off sick, but she had only booked her appt a few hours prior, where they still only had 3 nail techs working, so that was a bare faced lie. Nail tech was on FaceTime to other people whilst doing nails - rude! Didn’t talk to their clients the whole time. Honestly most fuming I’ve been in a long time.

My best nails for the best price. Sometimes hard to get seen on the day but when they do have a space your guaranteed to leave with beautiful nails. My favourite shop! The man especially is lovely in there.Me and my sister go back every 3-4 weeks

We booked for 10.30 me my daughter and granddaughter, got there at 10.25 was told there would be a wait as they where busy, we booked a appointment. Will not be back my daughter is a regular customer. They lost out on £100. As they had a walk in. Not very good customer service.

Nice calm atmosphere, professional ppl, would recommend.

1st visit, the gentleman did my nails really really well, they looked great and lasted ages. 2nd visit, what a totally different experience! A lady done them and she was on her mobile taking a video call the entire time I was there, she made me feel like I was a hindrance. Therefore she wasnt giving me much attention and my nails looked tatty, unprofessional and chipped within a week.
