Had acnew balanced flue gas fire fitted today and am very pleased with it. The showroom staff were extremely helpful in providing me with information on the type of fire that met my specification. The two fitters (Pat and Paul) were excellent ensuring furniture etc was protected and very professional in their workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.

The best thing about this place is the fitters! If Pat could be rated on his own it would be 5 stars. Ordered bespoke sized marble and received standard size. Problem with the fire and 2 weeks later are still waiting for the manufacture to get in touch!!

Door on the corner with a side road. Plenty of fires on display, many lit. Staff friendly and helpful. Not a modern building and aisle a little narrow, but effective nonetheless. Prices seem good. Suffice to say I ordered a fire.

Amazing customer experience and quality of service from Fireworld (Widnes) in what is currently a very challenging time due the COVID pandemic. From the initial visit to the showroom in Widnes only a few weeks ago to the completed installation this week just prior to the second lockdown...........I would highly recommend this company.The showroom staff were extremely helpful in explaining all of the different options and associated pricing which best suited our budget............we also got a nice little unexpected discount.The installation team (Mick & Pat) were very conscientious as well as clean / tidy........very little mess despite having a full chimney sweep prior to the gas fire installation.All in all, a great job from start to finish.........the fire looks amazing and gives a great focal point to the room but I will let you be the judge for yourself. Fabulous fire but after only 2 years has stopped working. Enquired in shop if they knew of anyone who did repairs... unfortunately they were not a bit interested. We're just an agent ...ok I can understand that but a better attitude wouldn't have gone amiss.

Fab place, the staff in the shop were so helpful and gave us an honest opinion on the fire. Arranged date and time to fit in with us for fitting. 2 fitters were also excellent, very clean workers and chatty. Slight problem with the fire after which they sorted immediately. Would most certainly recommend this company.
