Eva Cockrell Cake Design
Eva made our wedding cake this month. We required the whole cake to be gluten free (not always the easiest to bake with!!) and it was delicious. Every flavour was amazing, the simple design was perfect, and it was a great addition to the day!

Eva Cockrell Cake Design
We had to change our cake supplier due to personal circumstances of our previous cake supplier. We spoke with Tie The Knot Northampton who recommended Eva, as well as our previous cake supplier recommending Eva also. We booked our cake tasting in and the cakes we so delicious! Our design literally came to life so perfectly on the day, it was exactly what we had hoped for and more! The attention to detail Eva did on our cake is just amazing, we are so glad we were recommended Eva as our cake was just perfect! We later added on 6 vegan cupcakes and they looked so good, we paid slightly extra per cupcake for them to match our main 3 tiered caked and they really did, some had sugar roses on! We would 100% recommend choosing Eva do make your wedding cake or special event cake.

A fantastic wedding cake! How lucky we were to find somebody to make our cake that delivered not just style but taste! Eva's cakes were the best flavours we have tasted. We chose Madagascan Vanilla, Chocolate Heaven, and Raspberry Ripple. We then took inspiration from various cakes Eva had previously produced and drew up a new design which she recreated perfectly! We borrowed a cake stand for the day, and Eva set the cake up at our venue with no hassle at all. My only regret was that I didn't spend more time admiring the cake before we cut into it! We will definitely order again for any special birthday celebration cakes. Thankyou!

Eva made our cake for our wedding in October. The cake looked and tasted amazing and Eva was so helpful all the way throughout the arrangements. All my guests loved the cake and I got asked afterwards if there was any left so they could take it home as it was so nice.Thank you so much Eva

Eva Cockrell Cake Design
The cake we got was absolutely stunning and very tasty! Each of our 3 layers was a different flavor and decorated just as we wanted.The process was very easy and Eva was very professional and helpful throughout! She organised a lovely tasting session for us where we got to sample a good amount of flavours and brainstorm ideas which was very helpful.The price was also very reasonable :)Would absolutely recommend Eva to anyone looking for a wedding cake!

Eva made my partner a beautiful and totally delicious cake for his birthday in August 2016. My partner had had quite a tough year and had been quite ill so I wanted to get him an amazing cake - to which Eva produced just that! As he couldn't have gluten or dairy it had to cater for his needs and Eva was brilliant. I presented her with some idea's for a black forest gateau style two tier cake and she surpassed my expectations with the results. It tasted so decadent, creamy and delicious you would never have guessed there was no gluten or dairy! Eva kept in touch via email, always ensuring that she understood what kind of cake I was after. The cake was delivered the day before promptly and was carefully transported and protected - complete with a list of ingredients too. Thank you for an awesome cake - love you Euthymia cakes!

Eva is quite simply amazing and so so talented. All her cakes are so beautifully designed and taste absolutely delicious. I am gluten free and they are always so moist you would never know they were gluten free. So has made bespoke 40th birthday cake, Christmas cake, Memorial cupcakes and much more for me. Every bespoke detail I have asked her to create she has always been able to perfectly. Her cakes have created such wonderful memories for me and my family. I would recommend Eva 100%. Sarah x

Eva did such a fab job at creating such a beautiful wedding cake for us which was absolutely perfect.The cake was relatively simple in design but had sugar flowers added to finish off the look which we’ve kept as a piece of memorabilia from our wedding day.Not only did the cake look stunning it was also absolutely delicious! With each tier being made into a different flavour to give a nice variety to guests.Eva has been a pleasure to deal with, always professional and happy to help with her extensive knowledge and skill. I’d highly recommend Eva without any doubt. I’m so thankful for what she created us.
