Hired a WAV in September to take my Dad out and about again. The process was easy, Chelsea was always really fast to reply to my email queries and the team that dropped off and collected the vehicle were very helpful and friendly. The VAN was spotless and extremely easy to load / unload. Planning to hire again next month. Thank You!

Love the new Coventry showroom, literally just round the corner from where I live so very handy for quick fly by repairs or enquiries!Lots of choice of vehicles, large and small, fantastic accessories package, affordable advance payments!And the staff, Simon, Nathan, Tom, and anyone I haven't mentioned are so friendly and welcoming!Highly recommend!

Tried their service for instant valuation and call back as promised on their website. It was weeks later that they called back and used various different excuses as to why they don’t want to buy any vehicles. Wouldn’t waste your time and effort trying to sell anything with them

Fantastic service ordered our first ever WAV had a demonstration first & then we placed our order with allied . We were informed all the way of delivery date & we have now received our new transit independence which will help my sons needs thank you for a great service

Although we didn't go ahead with purchasing a vehicle from Allied Mobility; we were very impressed with the sales side. Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful, bringing with him a colleague and second car for us to try at home.He took his time in making sure my mother, in her wheelchair, could safely access the vehicle. He was very patient and put me at ease, driving a different vehicle to what I'm used to.Excellent sales experience.

We bought a new vehicle for our dad and the service we were provided was amazing. From the chap who came out with the car, and did the demonstration, and to everyone we spoke to on the phone. We had no issues at all. The car is also top notch.

Initial sales where excellent. We got exactly the vehicle we wanted. Everything went through really smoothly including delivery of vehicle & collection of the vehicle we part-exchanged.We had some problems with the vehicle, some of which were covered under warranty but others that weren't.A few months later I got a parking ticket for my old vehicle & got charged tax. I contacted Allied Motors several times & was assured that someone would get back to me, they never did.The issue eventually got passed to the police.After 5 months, my husband passed away. I contacted Allied Motors for a valuation. They offered me £12.5K, I had paid £18K.I was gobsmacked that they were offering me such a low price after such a short amount of time.Really disappointed & feel really cheated.

Allied have been brilliant, and everything went so smoothly. Our Peugeot Rifter is perfect, with loads of space, and drives superbly. The only problem I get is people parking too close behind. Maybe bigger signs would help with this.

I wish to thank the team at Allied Mobility, from start to finish the experience has been pleasant and everyone has been really accommodating. We hired a vehicle to allow us to take my father on trips whilst we were on holiday in the UK which we have never been able to do. Hiring an accessible vehicle allowed my dad to have a holiday as well as ourselves! Will definitely use this service again.

Contacted Allied Mobility in November regarding a new wav as my disabled daughter has out grown our existing wav. The salesman told us they had plenty of stock as they took delivery of 400 units" before the availability crisis and i could have a vehicle by the end of January. Drove 50 miles the following week to meet the salesman for a test drive to be told that stock was a bit difficult. I decided i'd have the vehicle I tested. He rang back two weeks later to tell me it would be 9 months wait. He said I could have a nearly new wav but i'd have to sign up with Allied just to be on a waiting list and unable to have a vehicle from anybody else. Contacted another supplier who were happy for me to be on their waiting list for a nearly new wav without signing up with them. Allied are being unscrupulous with the desperate."
